بالن زدن مسیر مسدود شده در حالب اکتوپیک در کودک 5 ماهه که دچار بیماری مادرزادی حالب اکتوپیک کلیه سمت راست بوده .
در این روش تحت هدایت دستگاه تصویر برداری همراه با بیهوشی از طریق کلیه سمت راست و فنر مخصوص مورد حالب اکتوپیک گردید و پس از عبور از تنگی حالب ، مسیر مسدود شده توسط بالون مخصوص رفع انسداد گردید و مسیر ادرار به مجاری ادراری برقرار گردید .
